When executing `create database` with opensips-cli i'm getting:

mysql://opensips:password@127.0.0.1

Ok i was using the wrong repo, I was able to install opensips 3, but now
when trying to install opensips-console i'm getting:
root@opensip1:~# apt-get install opensips-console
