Phillippe, I am not sure if you have seen this work around listed in another thread: Scilab 6.0.0 (the standar distribution, not the nightly build) worked for me with Mac OS high sierra 10.13.3 by removing these files: /Applications/scilab-6.0.0.app/Contents/MacOS/lib/thirdparty/libBLAS.dylib
