No, RFC 5686 is currently not supported by strongSwan. At this time we
have no plans to implement this extension.

Does strongSwan currently support RFC-5685, IKEv2 redirect?
I have a particular use case I’m exploring where I would like to redirect
clients from one gateway to another (this isn’t an HA scenario, the other
gateway is geographically in a different area).
