If you are using IKEv2 only, pluto is not required. Disabling it will
help you in debugging, man ipsec.conf for details how to do it.
12[IKE] received INTERNAL_ADDRESS_FAILURE notify, no CHILD_SA built
I haven't quite completed getting this to work. My gateway is strongSwan
4.4.1 on Debian Linux. I got the subjectAltName right in the gateway
certificate, because I got past where that was failing. Now, on my
gateway's auth.log I see:
