Group - com.mycompany.project
com.mycompany should be your web domain in reverse. You need to own this!
Please keep in mind not to go to bold. If you're within a large
+1 very good enhancement to my original suggestions.

you should read
https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/MAVEN/AetherClassNotFound then
upgrade plugins versions accordingly
or use Maven 3.0.x
