Hi Dave, Is wagon-file even necessary? I used a file-based repository for a while, and I didn't even mention wagon. I just had a <url>file:///....</url> in my /project/distributionManagement/repository section. But maybe wagon-file was used implicitly.
I wonder if the problem is related to windows shares. Try deploying to C: and see if that fixes the problem.
