Perhaps create a wiki, and add a patch for the FAQ to point to the
wiki? :-)
I agree though - a continuum wiki would be nice.

Hmm.. I must be doing something wrong - are there any docs for this or
handy pointers? It sounds a really useful feature - 1.0.3 is really
