The send mms port doesn't understand standard form encoding. It  
expects the entire body to be a MMS message (or text, or some other  
content type), and the from, to, etc to be passed as URL GET  
parameters. So, you'd need to use a scripting language like Perl/ 
Python to get this behaviour.
