Hallo, auch unter Win 8.1 habe ich die Möglichkeit gleich erst mal über Bord geworfen auch PDF lesen zu können. Ich habe immer, wenn es ging, nicht die MS - Variante genommen, sondern das Original, also habe ich auch hier den Acrobat Reader installiert. Ich denke das sollte Dein Problem

OK! This is a different issue. What you are encountering is called Windows UAC (User Access Control). Are you running/logged-in as an Administrator with elevated privileges, or as a Standard user with normal privileges? If you saved the saved the document(s) while logged-in as an Administrator

Dave, Thanks, I am in a new computer that is way unfamiliar to me. Reading your comments below, it only allows me to log in one way. Last question I will bother you with. Can I get to a tab that allows me to be standard, or the other way around? I just want to keep it as simple as possible.
