Is the column that the dates are in formatted as a "date", or is it just a
string?
It may be that you are sorting them as strings - if so, then "1/01/14"
would come before "9/01/1943".
Converting the column to a date format may solve the sorting issues.

there are only two columns one is domain name the one next to it is
expiration date.
i tried the sort feature and the filters features and it just
