I'm writing because I have important files that are failing to recover and they
deleted. I see them attempt to recover but fail immediately. I'm wondering if
there's anything I can do to retrieve them or something on your end that could
help.

I searched on google and in OpenOffice support forums as well but did
not find any answers so finally decided to send this email (few answers
