o Why not =SUM(A1)+SUM(B1) or =SUM(SUM(A1+B1))?
o Would you multiply using =PRODUCT(A1*B1) or =SUM(PRODUCT(A1*B1))?

If you properly insert the formula into the cell the sum should appear
automatically after you hit the enter button.
