Dear User Support, I wanted to uninstall Apache Open Office 4.1.7 and install the newest update. I am unable to uninstall the older version being that my desktop computer says "Insert CD with Apache Open Office 4.1.7". I installed every CD I have going back six years and not one of them have Apache Open Office. Plus, I never download to a CD.
