Hi there, I am a new user to OpenOffice and I need to have files, originally from Excel with macros able to work on OpenOffice and Excel. However, I know that VBA and API both use a different format of coding, so I was wondering if I were to write the macros in another format such as Python or JavaScript in the original Excel document would it work.
