When I’m typing now (seems like ever since I downloaded 4.1.7) the system does
not paginate - . There is no , typing to the end of page 1, then going to page
2, pages 3, I am

Select FILE. Select PRINT in file menu. In Print dialogue select PRINT FROM_TO_
and enter the starting page number and finishing page number. Click on PRINT
button in bottom right corner. The starting and finishing page numbers can be
the same number.
