Peru has officially used the international series of paper sizes since 1967; it
is reasonable to suggest that they use the International envelope sizes listed
in the above reference. I am sure a phone call to the local postal
administration will confirm this.

Standard International and US envelope sizes are given in
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Envelope

But I don't live in the US and those aren't readily available to me.

Meinst Du, dass Du innerhalb einer Datei, die in OpenOffice von Dir bearbeitet
wurde, eine Reihe von Daten gelöscht hast?

Das hängt von Deiner ausführlich beschreibenden Antwort, die Du auf die obige

This is one BIG advantage of AOO: It doesn’t run Word or Excel macros. I
clicked, I looked, and the file’s unintelligible. Could be encrypted, but with
a “.ru” domain, I wouldn’t take the chance.

I recommend that anyone receiving this message from the list simply delete it

Delete or rename your OpenOffice user profile. If you are using Windows do this
by:

Close OpenOffice and the Quickstarter. Open File Explorer. Copy and paste
%appdata%\OpenOffice\4 in the File Explorer Address Bar (not the search engine)
and press Enter. Delete or Rename the "user" folder. Start OpenOffice.

This cures most spellcheck problems.

Usually the x86 indicates a 32 bit processor, the AMD indicates a 64 bit
processor. At present all Windows versions of OpenOffice are 32 bit and run on
bit 32 and 64 bit proicessors, with the caveat that any Javsa thy use must be
32 bit (download a version from www.java.com with 586 in the filename); this
must be installed and then selected in OO /Tools /Options /OpenOffice : Java.

The 1935 error is a Windows error and seems to be a problem arising from a
corrupted Microsoft Net framework. This thread may help

Assuming you are talking about Writer, what I've done is to create a template
with the margins set to the correct location for the To address box with a
suitable size and font face, and another text box with a return address filled
in. The settings depend on your printer and the envelope size. What I do is
test the template on a blank full size sheet of paper, and adjust it so that it
will work with your envelopes in your printer.

HTH. If you want to do it from a list, others can help - won't help much if
the printer doesn't autofeed envelopes.

There are about 6 different sizes preprogrammed into Writer for printing
envelopes, but I don't really know what size those numbers represent, so
the way I have been printing envelopes is this:

1. Measure the envelope I want to print
2. Open a new text document in Writer
3. Under Format > Page I set up a User format to the size of the
envelope I want to print
4. Set the margins so that there isn't too much space between the
return address and the edge
5. Type in return address and destination address as I want them to
appear on the envelope

6. Print
