über das Bordwerkzeug (Export als pdf) geht's bei mir auch nicht, über die
Druckereinstellung (Drucken - Adobe PDF) klappt der Link im PDF-Format.
Schon mal so probiert?

I have confirmed the bug using a file that Jonathan was kind enough
to provide. I was able to derive a reproducible test case for the
bug, which arises when older RTF (\rtf0) format files are opened by
Apache OpenOffice 4.1.1 (and earlier) and then saved in RTF format,
whether edited or not.
Thank you for your help, and for posting your detailed analysis (with
example attachments) to the bug-reporting system. This is technical
support at its best! I hope the developers now have what they need to
fix this.
