There's no need of that nonsense here.

Where there be prophecies, they shall fail (cease). The prophecy we had on the
last says was found in error on the overall time by as much as 40 years. I
deducted this after careful study of Moses with ancient Israel's deliverance
from bondage. Read Exodus in the 'Old Testament' of your Bible and you will
find this. I believe this is where we are at now after being shown this by my
creator.

What I've noticed is that this needs to to be 2 way - ODFPDF and PDFODF
(import at least) so should one have a PDF document, and require reading
without the Adobe product, the document, if not encrypted/protected, can be
imported to the ODF and saved, without having to use or read in huge character
sizes (18 vs 12).

Depends upon what file extension is used by Ibooks and accepted by wondershare.
Should it be PDF, you will also need to find out if that formatting the the
opsys, varies from the standard for adobe. Some software varies the encoding
style for the same format from different opsys environments. Specifically Jpeg
images encoded by Linux/Mac are not readable by a windows pc, for example.

There is something called AndrOpenOffice available on Google Play.
There have been various opinions on it. There is also a LibreOffice
viewer, which can read but not write the various document formats.

Re: Open Office Software

2015-01-23 Thread James Plante
Why don't you just use iBooks Author and be done with it?

To answer your first question, AOO won't integrate with iWork09. You'd have to
save your iWork doc as a .doc or .txt first, then you can open it with AOO
Writer.

And Lester's prophesy fails: All three platforms can read .jpg files.

And Lester, please stop the religious stuff. It's out of place here.

WHY isn't this an option in the right side bar which has master slides,
animation, transitions, etc. [which only seems to reappear after I activate
 the slide layouts?

Thanks to an esteemed member of the list who set me on the right path with a
private message, I realized that the 'Properties' icon in the right bar
actually is a bit of a chameleon, but when you create a new slide, it magically
switches to Layouts!

My confusion was that I was looking for Layouts in the right pane, but not
picking up Properties.
