#2 To open files do you find the file you want to open and double-click it?
If yes to both and the file doesn't open then right-click the file, select
the "Open with" option, and then select the correct program to open the

I received and installed Openoffice a couple weeks ago and have used it a
few times since then. However, I tried to open Openoffice files today and
can't do so. I reinstalled the program and still can't seem to open the
files. Can you help, please?
