click the words "Download full installation"
2) Shortcut disappeared.
You don't say which shortcut(s), on Desktop, in menu, on Taskbar? No
matter, install per #1 above and shortcuts will be created again.

1] Having used Open Office with great appreciation, how do I get the
latest version?
2] In the latest update from Windows, my short cut to Open Office
disappeared. How do I get it back on my desk top?
