I can now print selected pages.
Edward
After selecting File > Print from the menu look for the "Range and copies"
section of the print dialog. In there is a Pages radio button. Select
"Pages" then enter the desired range or ranges of pages in the box.
For example enter "1-3;7;11-12;19" without the
File / print / select which pages. Hope this helps.

in landscape and the rest in portrait. It seems when I set in
Format-Page it formats all four the same forcing me to print each page
separately. This is fine for printing but I want to save a four page

Du musst die Datei mit dem Programm Pages öffnen und als .doc speichern.
Erst danach kannst du somit exportierte Datei in OpenOffice
weiterbearbeiten.

Ever heard that, when dealing with long OO-documents, you can get some blank
extra-pages randomly added before some inserted .jpg images (that is, not a
precisely reproducible behavior)?
Is it a known OO-Writer's oddity? Any fixing action to suggest?

My HP Officejet 6500 printer has the capability of printing two sided
pages; but (unlike when I used MS Office) I can't find how to do this
when I use OpenOffice 4.1.0. I am running Windows 7. I've tried Open
Office Help and it says I need to add Java RTE to do this. Norton says
Double side printing is a printer setting.
