Hello I have been using OO Version 3.2 and want to install 3.3. The installer runs with no adverse comment and even says it's successful and opens the page to ask me why I've removed 3.2 but there is no sign of 3.3 on my PC. 3.2 is still there and works.
I searched in support and I entered an issue. The answer was "resolved - works for me" with no further comment except this e-mail address and the URL for support. Been there, done that! Help?
