Hi, I saw there a are serveral references to vzctl newer than 3.0.22, for
example at http://wiki.openvz.org/Virtual_Ethernet_device#syntax_vzctl_version_.3E_3.0.22
But it is not available for download. In the git log

parameter to --netif options, this wiki page add the option, too

I can't set venet0 with an external ip.. I always have
lo 127.0.0.1
venet0 127.0.0.1
venet0:0 192.168.6.101
I noticed this difference just after I posted. Can you ping to the
external network from inside the guest?
I run a CentOS host, and CentOS guest for this.
I am only using gentoo
