I have exactly the same issue.
This mean that a 1Gb (at least) interface must be dedicated to the
ovirtmgmt interface, which is not a good idea.

I was just thinking - maybe adding a setting to storage domains who's the
"master" for that specific storage domain would get around this ?
e.g. storage_domain_1 => master = HV1, storage_domain_2 => master = HV2,
etc. etc.

Migration failed due to a lack of an iptables rules about tls
# libvirt tls
-A INPUT -p tcp --dport 16514 -j ACCEPT
I added it in /etc/sysconfig/iptables and migration worked.
After a reboot, this rule is lost, as well as some setting I added in /etc.
