Hi Thomas, I posted https://gerrit.ovirt.org/#/c/90549/ in an attempt to see how to improve the clarity. The result is in the attachment. The ID is still different, but the section header shows the hostname as well. Do you think it would be enough for you? We can't expect people to touch the DB

Right, you are missing file /etc/ovirt-engine/aaa/IPA.properties It's not subdirectory of /etc/ovirt-engine/extensions.d, but it's in /etc/ovirt-engine/ in 'aaa' subdirectory, can you check what's there? Please check also the correct permissions of that file, it should be '600' and owned by
