We're running Virt 4.5.5 on CentOS Stream 9 and everything works
wonderfully. I tested the Engine and host installation using RL9 and it
also worked.
Here we used several Supermicros, HPE DL560 Gen10, Gigabyte CL2200 Gen10,

The ONLY was Rocky Linux 9 will be supported is by somebody doing a
complete check of everything (ovirt-engine, vdsm, etc), and makes it
compatible with RL9 and get all the changes/fixes merges.
Supporting RL9 does also not mean we cannot support any other distro
next to it. For example
I would like to add +1 for Rocky. I believe it's a strong contender
for long term stability and cooperation.
