I think Storage format V5 is supported from ovirt-4.3.3.2 and vdsm-4.30.10
onwards.

It seems that for local DC, the storage type selected is the latest one
(v5) by default, and this one should be changed.
Please open a bug in the Bugzilla for that: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/,
and reply back its track id.
