Hi Leo,

I have a similar problem with Centos7 and "Modern" ARECA Scsi cards.

I end up manually installing the new drivers for the card each update (before the reboot).

If there is a driver for your card but not in the current kernel you can also manually install it. By warned, you have to do the driver update by hand every kernel update. And do not forget depmod....
