Hi,

There is probably a file in collectd.d or rsyslog.d directories that
prevents them from working as expected.
Can you please list the files you have?
If you have the libvirt.conf file, what is its content?

If you can't reopen a bug in Bugzilla then you can create a new what and
add the old as a dependent bug or add it in the comment.
