SSH to the hypervisour and alias virsh to:
alias virsh='virsh -c
qemu:///system?authfile=/etc/ovirt-hosted-engine/virsh_auth.conf'
Then run and provide the output from both hosts:
virsh domcapabilities
lscpu
Also , check if the rpms are the same (rpm -qa) and compare them.
