The resolution for now was to clone the VMs that weren't in any OVF_STORE. The
geo-replicated volume was then imported on

Can anyone point me in the right direction to resolve this.
Given that geo-replication is working as expected, trust in being able to have
a DR failover without issue is completely shot if there’s an underlying issue
that prevents restoring all of the VMs/Data.
