It does look like one. Could you attach engine log and vdsm logs from
the server where engine issued the peer detach?

10.34.100.41 ? (10.34.100.41 is reported as DISCONNECTED in gluster

This could be because of the recent change we did in Gluster cluster.
We stop all gluster process when a gluster host is moved to Maintenance.
Can u attach the engine log for further analysis?
