This error means that the /etc/pki/ovirt-engine/.truststore is unreadable or does not contain the /etc/pki/ovirt-engine/ca.pem certificate. Unfortunately, the pki administration is weak in current implementation, you can trace the installation script and checkout the calls to installCA.sh to
