I've run into an issue when I run 'engine-setup' on a compiled ovirt-engine.
The engine-setup interactive user input completes correctly but when it
attempts to create the CA Certificate it fails. This is on a fresh install of

Yes. The best way is to use make rpm, and install the rpms afterwards.
As mentioned before, most of the backend/frontend guys prefer to use a devel
env, without using rpms or the setup.
