is there a mechanism to import the appliance image into the hosted engine?
I am not sure how I would do this since I have no live access to my engine

yesterday I want to add a new disk with 100 GB to a running vm. The
creation of the disk fails, but in the GUI, the disk space of the
storage domain is about 100 GB too small. With lvdisplay I can't see a
new volume and vgdisplay shows the correct values.
