[ovirt-users] oVirt virtual machines migration 3.6.3 to 4.4.5
Hello, We have a project to migrate from an old oVirt infrastructure (3.6.3) to a new one (4.4.5). The new infrastructure is already in place and we want to migrate the virtual machines. We tried to import the virtual machines via a domain with an NFS mount from the old oVirt (import pre-configured domain). With this domain we only see VM disks and not full virtual machines for import. Is there a way to transfer the virtual machines from the old oVirt to the new one by an NFS mount then import into oVirt Engine or a "copy/paste" virtual machine files then import. Thanks a lot, JMP ___ Users mailing list -- users@ovirt.org To unsubscribe send an email to users-le...@ovirt.org Privacy Statement: https://www.ovirt.org/privacy-policy.html oVirt Code of Conduct: https://www.ovirt.org/community/about/community-guidelines/ List Archives: https://lists.ovirt.org/archives/list/users@ovirt.org/message/UEECO7HUGTL2HC4EPM6N2SJXAMWDKZNX/
Re: [ovirt-users] Windows 10
Is it planned a development of WDDM driver for Windows 10 fully support with SPICE ? I tested versions 0.6, 0.7, 0.11 and 0.12 of qxlwddm. It's always the same. So, after some investigation, Windows 10 requires the WDDM driver with 3D support, and it is not supported by SPICE. So oVirt Guest Tools supports Windows 10 but SPICE doesn't fully support it. [ovirt-users] Windows 10
Hello, OVirt 3.6.3 is installed on CentOS 7. I use 64-bit Windows 10 client with spice display. After installing the spice-guest-tools and oVirt-tools-setup on the VM Windows 10, the display always lag and slow. The display on a Windows 7 VM is fluid. On Device Manager and Display adapters, I see see the graphics card "Red Hat QLX Controller" Are Windows 10 is fully supported by oVirt? Thank you.
