[ovirt-users] Problems exporting VM's
Hi everyone. I've been having trouble when exporting VM's. I get error when moving image. I've created a whole new storage domain exclusive for this issue, and same thing happens. It's not always the same VM that fails, but once it fails on a certain storage domain, I cannot export it anymore. Please tell me which logs are relevant so i can post them and any other relevant iformation I can provide, and maybe someone can help me get through this problem. Ovirt version is 3.5.4.2-1.el6. Hosted engines is CentOS 6. Hosts are CentOS 7. VM's are all CentOS 7, except for two that are CentOS 6 and Windows 7. Please excuse my bad english! [ovirt-users] Requested metadata not found in logs problem
Hi everyone! I've been reading about this "metadata not found: Requested metadata element is not present" problem related to QoS settings in VM's. I've assigned QoS to all my VM's and the messages stopped, but the I can't set this value for the Hosted Engine VM. So I keep getting this message in my logs. Is it possible to solve this? Please let me know any more info info needed! Thanks in advance! [ovirt-users] Problems with ISCSI storagedomain
Hello everyone! I'm running oVirt 3.5, and recently had an issue with a split brain situation in the hosted engine's image. After solving that, I got the engine up an running, but something went wrong with my main storage. I have a datacenter with main storage being ISCSI, called vms-main-storage. This storagedomain is marked as inactive. The only action I can attemp to do to it is activate it. But it won't. It just fails and no reason is given in the web ui. I also tried activating it through the cli, and result is status 400, reason bad request, detail internal engine error. Strange thing is that VM's are still running with their images in this storage and they are running with no problem at all! How can I have this storagedomain again in a healthy state??? Thanks! -- Luciano Natale ___ Users mailing list Users@ovirt.org http://lists.ovirt.org/mailman/listinfo/users
