[ovirt-users] Storage for my Environment

2016-08-12 Thread Michael Cooper

Hello Guys,

I am sorry ask a stupid question again, however I am not sure
how to add storage to the environment that I have at the moment. I have
4 Servers 3 of them are AMD and one Intel Core i7, on my servers I have
2 Dell SC1435's and one HP DL385 G5

I have the Engine Running and I have added a node as well, Both of them
are Physical servers they both have 1 tb drives, I would like to add the
drive in the node as storage how would I accomplish that?

Thank you very much in advance,

Re: [ovirt-users] oVirt Node 3.6

2016-08-11 Thread Michael Cooper

Hello Douglas,

I was able to get this version
(ovirt-node-iso-3.6-0.999.201608101021.el7.centos
<http://resources.ovirt.org/pub/ovirt-3.6-snapshot/iso/ovirt-node-iso/ovirt-node-iso-3.6-0.999.201608101021.el7.centos.iso>)
to work, I have added the link for the one I used for other folks to use.

Thank you for responding and I have dled that one as well to try it
because the one I have works on my Dell SC1435s but not on my HP DL385 G5

Thank you,

[ovirt-users] 2 NIC Configuration

2016-08-08 Thread Michael Cooper

Hello Everyone,

I am new to oVirt actively, however I am a long time follower.
I apologize if this question has been asked before but i am not finding
good info on it or I am looking in the worng place or search terms are
poor. I have installed oVirt on a Dell SC1435 Server with 16 gb of ram
and a 1 tb drive. It also has 2 nics however I am only seeing one in the
Web UI, how would I go about adding my second NIC to this configration?

My reasoning for this NIC 1 is used for VM communication and internet
and NIC 2 is used for Storage and management. Hopefully that makes sense.

Thank you so very much for time and pardon me for asking a dumb question.

Re: [ovirt-users] Users Digest, Vol 52, Issue 1

2016-01-02 Thread Michael Cooper
Hello Everyone,

I wondering why I cannot attach my iso_domain to my Data Center.
When I try to attach it says no Valid DataCenters. Why is this happening?
Where should I start looking for the resolution?

Thanks,
