Its strange but I finally figured outhow to add users to specific machines.
When searching i use a wild card * and it shows all available users, but will
not search by user name or email. BUT, I'm this far along if i can get RDP to
work out of the vm portal.

Shouldn't have anything to do with ovirt. Do you have a local admin
account with the same credentials? That would explain why it works.
To test, make a test user, make it an administrator and try instead of
Set it to RDP, power off the VM (not reboot), and then start the VM. Does
