Can you set a host in maintenace (from the UI) ?If there were running VMs, you
might have to shut them down via virsh, reboot and mark the host as 'Host has
been rebooted'.Then from the UI you can enroll the certificates again.

I had a similar situation and ended up manually replacing the host's
certificates (See ML link below),
