I am having a problem where on a KVM host I run virsh list --all. I only see
the running VMs :
[root@MBGVRT3323 ~]# virsh list --all

Please enter your password:

Please use only the -r option.
You shouldn't be making changes outside ovirt-engine and vdsm.
