I'm not sure what datasource mrtg is using, but you can use the DWH SQL API to pull the info you want out to that datasource and then chart the info. I suppose I could create an mrtg instance that measures that data. It might be an interesting future extension, especially if mrtg could integrate directly into the engine database.
