I'm not sure what's causing the problem, is it consistently happening? 
Perhaps you can try another version of node?

  termination - after approving the host in the oVirt Web Administration
  portal.
 

 Can you please attach the relevant logs from the engine/node for this error?

have you tried a more recent version of node which can be found here:
