[Users] ovirt-node: cannot make new libvirtd.conf persistent

Hi all, I tried to make some changes to /etc/libvirt/libvirtd.conf on ovirt-node (the latest one) However, after reboot the old configuration keeps coming back. I tried persist /etc/libvirt/libvirtd.conf; the file is already persisted. OK, unpersisted the file, verified the change and persisted
