I do not know it it's comforting, but http://gerrit.ovirt.org/#/c/21542/
inadvertantly fixes this issue in ovirt-3.4.

Would you check if
    http://gerrit.ovirt.org/24197
solves this issue for ovirt-3.3?

BTW, Itzik, do you know why speed is not reported for infiniband?
