Take a look at i.e.
http://plain.resources.ovirt.org/pub/ovirt-4.1/rpm/el7/noarch/
There are multiple versions of packages there.
Please note that yum by default will hide all but the most recent version.

since these are still in the repo, however I don't really see the reason to
do so.
Once the new stable version is released it's recommended to install that
version.
