I am revisiting this as I have had no luck getting it resolved. I have 2 Debian servers, one is an email appliance and one is a virtual pbx. The guest agent works in the email appliance after following an article to get the agent to work properly, but the agent in the pbx has never worked. I have an exclamation point saying the guest agent needs to be installed. It is installed and running.
I'm not sure why the agent is not checking in but any help would be appreciated.
