Seems ok to me, assuming that you obfuscated the host above after verifying
that it's correct - i.e. that the client can connect there.

Perhaps your client is too old? Which client/os? Is it the same machine that
used to work?

For vnc you can try to use some variation (might add debugging stuff) of the
script from [1].

Integrated with AD, my AD account has Admin.

I don't know how to use that account to reset the internal -> admin account,
didn't see a way from the GUI.

I have restarted the new host and the engine, postgres is on the engine so it
was restarted as well.

Thanks,

George

Can you try vnc?

You can also try to configure your browser to not automatically run the
spice/vnc client but just download the file you get and look at it. Just try
from a machine without vnc/spice clients/plugins.

Also check/post logs from /var/log/ovirt-engine .

[ovirt-users] Have some issues I am hoping to get resolution - farely new to administrating oVirt

2015-02-23 Thread George Fleming
Hi All,

Will try to be brief.

I have had the following issue:

Trying with spice console sessions access on
VMs, was working till last week.

I get: " Unable to connect to
libvirt with URI: [none]. "

I also tried to access through
ovirt-shell, the window pops up and disappears immediately.

Revision: oVirt Engine Version: 3.5.1.1-1.el6,
recently upgraded to, to resolve a snapshot removal issue.

I started seeing this after adding a new host to my oVirt
Cluster.

I have also recently had a problem had the root directory
filling up, I have added space, but the disk was full a couple of days before
it was noticed.

I have taken over management of this cluster, while I have root
to the host, vms, and engine - I don't have the admin password to oVirt Engine,
I would like to correct this as well.

Thanks in advance for any help.

George
