So please try adding 4.1 repos (install ovirt-release41) and then update.

I try to use yum update but i have this error :
yum update
Loaded plugins: fastestmirror, imgbased-warning
Warning: yum operations are not persisted across upgrades!
The problem is that on the server i have this repository:
ovirt-4.0.repo
ovirt-4.0-dependencies.repo
With this repository it's possible upgrade ovirt only only between minor
releases for example from 4.0.1 to 4.0.6, i want to upgrade the host from
4.0 to 4.1.
