It's a hardware san dell compellent. Corruption seems to appear 12days agos.

Hm... this sounds bad . If it was deleted by oVirt, it would ask you whether to
remove the disk or not and would wipe the VM configuration.
Most probably you got a data corruption there . Are you using TrueNAS ?
